【The Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment with labor for special assault, etc. at the Seoul Central District Court on March 23, 2017, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Seoul Detention Center on August 1, 2017.

[Criminal Facts]

1. On February 25, 2018, around 17:23, 2018, the Defendant: (a) drunkd in the Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C Building D; and (b) reported the false content that “if a knife has moved to E hospital, the knife has moved to E hospital.”

Accordingly, the police officers G(30 years) belonging to the F police station in Seoul, Guro-gu, Seoul were called to the above place around 17:35 on the same day, received the statement from the defendant that he made a false report to the Yeongdeungpo-gu Police Station to go to the police station in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, and notified the defendant that he could be punished if he made a false report to the defendant, on board the patrol vehicle to return to the district.

On February 25, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 17:35 on February 25, 2018, on the street of the I High School located in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and (b) on the ground that he did not move himself to the Yeongdeungpopo Police Station; (c) the police officer G et al. took al. of the police officer’s clothes to board the patrol vehicle on the ground that he did not move himself to the Youngpo Police Station located in Yeongdeungpopoon; (d) the police officer G et al. took al. of G’s flab by hand, and (e) was sp

As such, the Defendant assaulted police officers G to interfere with legitimate performance of duties concerning the maintenance of order in G and the prevention of crimes.

2.
