1. The Plaintiff:

A. Defendant B Co., Ltd. delivers the buildings listed in the separate sheet;

B. Defendant C shall list attached hereto.

Basic Facts

- On December 20, 2012, the term “stock company” (hereinafter referred to as “stock company”) newly constructed a building listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter referred to as “instant building”) and completed registration of the preservation of ownership in the name of Hobanto, and Defendant B (hereinafter referred to as “stock company”) transferred the instant building to Defendant B (hereinafter referred to as “stock company”) and Defendant B occupied and used the instant building.

- On July 5, 2008, Defendant B agreed to transfer the ownership of the instant building to E in lieu of the payment of monetary payment obligation to E.

E filed a lawsuit against Defendant B and Hoban seeking the implementation of the procedures for the registration of ownership transfer of the instant building as the Sungwon District Court Branching 2014Kadan15162.

- On July 14, 2015, the court of the lawsuit rendered a ruling of recommending reconciliation to the effect that, on condition of cancelling the execution by the provisional seizure, seizure, and collection order with respect to the building in this case, the court of the lawsuit made a ruling of recommending reconciliation to the effect that, on condition of cancelling the execution by the decision of the collection order, the above ruling of recommending reconciliation was finalized on August 1, 2015.

- On August 28, 2015, the court of the lawsuit rendered a favorable judgment against the Plaintiff (E) to the effect that Defendant B shall comply with the procedure for the registration of ownership transfer of the building of this case, and the said judgment was finalized on September 15, 2015.

- Based on the above final and conclusive judgment and the final decision of recommending reconciliation, the Suwon District Court’s Sung-nam Branch registry office of 12120 received on March 10, 2017, for the instant building, the ownership transfer registration under the Plaintiff’s name was made on February 14, 2017, and immediately thereafter, the ownership transfer registration under the Plaintiff’s name was made on March 10, 201 on the instant building as the grounds for registration for the sale on February 14, 2017.

- Defendant B’s office of part 27.21 square meters in the ship connecting each point of the annexed drawings Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, and 1 among the instant buildings to Defendant C, the representative director.
