Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 50,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The driver of any motor vehicle shall be prohibited from cutting in front of another motor vehicle which stops or stops in compliance with the Road Traffic Act, any order issued pursuant to the same Act or directions given by police officers, or in order to prevent any danger.

On July 6, 2015, the Defendant driving a B Lone Star Passenger Car around 08:32, and proceeded at the speed of the U.S. in accordance with the three-lane top of the three-lanes of letter, mutatis mutandis, to the direction of Seoul, while driving a high speed road between valleys in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.
