Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On April 2, 2007, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 700,000,000 as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) from the Port Branch of Daegu District Court on April 2, 2007, and a summary order of KRW 3.5 million as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) from the Port Branch of Daegu District Court on September 15, 2009.
1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) by the Defendant is a person engaging in driving a rocketing or other car.
At around 15:00 on July 19, 2020, the Defendant driven the said car while under the influence of alcohol of 0.179%, and led the Defendant to proceed to the direction of distribution in the direction of sub-chilling the two-lane national highway parallel line No. 7-lane 7 in front of the D office located in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun.

Nevertheless, under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant neglected to do so and received the back of the above Aburged vehicle from the Defendant’s vehicle in front of the passenger vehicle.
Ultimately, the Defendant by occupational negligence inflicted injury on the victim E, the victim G (V, 45 years of age) and the victim H (V, 62 years of age) with respect to the climatic salt, tensions, etc. requiring approximately two-day medical treatment, and the victim I (V, 18 years of age) with respect to the climatic salt, tensions, etc. requiring approximately two-day medical treatment.
2. The Defendant was under the influence of alcohol 0.179% at the time and time set forth in paragraph (1) of this Article, driving the said vehicle at a section of about 30 km from the 30km to the road of a photographic breakwater in the territorial sea of Gyeong Young-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Seoul Metropolitan Area.
