(2) The Defendant B Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant B”) is an entity that newly built and sold the instant apartment, and the Defendant C Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant C”) is a joint contractor that entered into a contract with the Defendant B and newly built the instant apartment.

3) Defendant Housing and Urban Guarantee Corporation (hereinafter “Defendant Guarantee Corporation”)

(B) At the time of entering into a guarantee agreement with the Defendant Guarantee Corporation, the name was “Korea Housing Guarantee Corporation,” but the name was changed to “Korea Housing and Urban Guarantee Corporation” on July 1, 2015 pursuant to Articles 1 and 4 of the Addenda of the Housing and Urban Fund Act (Act No. 12989, Jan. 6, 2015). The Defendant B and the Defendant C, for Defendant B and the Defendant, guaranteed the obligation to repair defects after the approval for use of the instant apartment.
