Where a defendant fails to pay a fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On August 11, 2014, at around 23:26, the Defendant driven a B-learning vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of about 500 meters from the 1604 beer parking lot to the front of the bus truck depot in the same city-ro from the 1604 beer parking lot to the same city-ro.
