A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On March 26, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for fraud in the Daegu District Court Port Branch Branch of the Daegu District Court, and the execution of the sentence was terminated on February 15, 2016, and on October 20, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment for fraud in the Incheon District Court Branch of the Incheon District Court, and the judgment on October 28, 2016 became final and conclusive.
1. On June 7, 2016, from around 22:23 to June 02:40, 2016, the Defendant interfered with the Defendant’s business, within the main point of “D” operated by the victim C in the north-gu north-gu B of the Si/Gun/Gu, and created an atmosphere of drinking and spreading alcohol, thereby hindering the victim’s bar business by force, on the ground that the victim requested the victim to “I would know that I would like to have a fighting from a special unit, even if I would know that I would have well fighting from a special unit, and that I would not speak without any person who would go to go to the way.”

A.
