The crime of arranging sexual traffic in this case, which is highly illegal to harm the sound sexual culture and good morals by commercializing women's sex, and is a crime committed during the period of suspension of execution due to the same kind of crime, etc., that is disadvantageous to the Defendant, but the Defendant recognizes and reflects the crime, the operating period is short, the degree of participation in the crime in this case is relatively minor, and other factors of sentencing as indicated in the arguments, such as the circumstances leading to the crime in this case, the circumstances following the crime, the Defendant's age, sexual behavior, environment, etc., are considered as being considered, and thus, it cannot be deemed unfair for the lower court’s punishment to be too unjustifiable.

3. In conclusion, the prosecutor's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act on the grounds that the appeal is without merit.
