1. The Defendant’s KRW 26,00,000 as well as the Plaintiff’s KRW 15.5% per annum from September 10, 2015 to November 27, 2015.

1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and

The plaintiff in part 3 of the judgment without pleading (Articles 208(3)1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act) claimed damages for delay at the rate of 20% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Encouragement, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the day following the delivery date of the duplicate of the complaint in this case to the day of the full payment. However, as the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Encouragement, etc. of Legal Proceedings were amended and promulgated on September 25, 2015 and enforced on October 1, 2015, damages for delay under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings are merely 15% per annum, and it is recognized that damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from the day following the delivery
