On June 8, 2016, the Defendant driven the said vehicle at approximately 500 meters from the front side of the Bupyeong apartment in Gwangjubuk-gu to the intersection of the annual dong-dong in Gwangju, while under the influence of alcohol by 0.15% among the blood transfusion around 22:38, 2016.
