1. The Plaintiff:
A. The Defendants indicated in the attached Form 1 indicate 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10.0 of the 5th floor above the ground of the building as shown in the attached Form 1.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. On September 12, 2017, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with Defendant B, setting the lease term of KRW 30,040,00 for the lease deposit, monthly rent of KRW 5,604,60 for the period from October 1, 2017 to December 31, 2018, and KRW 1,120,90 for the management expenses of the special facilities installed by Defendant B (However, electricity charges used for the operation of the special facilities installed by Defendant B, overtime cooling, heating costs, and taxes and public charges may be added).
B. On the same day, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with Defendant C, the wife of Defendant C, with the amount of KRW 29,960,00, monthly rent of KRW 5,591,100, monthly management expenses, KRW 1,18,200 (However, electricity charges, overtime cooling, heating charges, and taxes and public charges, etc. used for the operation of special facilities installed by Defendant C, may be added) from November 1, 2017 to December 31, 2018.
C. At the time of the conclusion of each of the above lease agreements, the Defendants paid monthly rent and monthly management expenses by the 25th of each month (Articles 5(1) and 6(1)). If the Defendants failed to pay rent and monthly management expenses (Article 8(2)), the late payment charges equivalent to 2% of the amount in arrears shall be added (Article 8(2)), and if the amount in arrears is over two months, the Plaintiff may unilaterally rescind the lease agreement.

The Plaintiff, in sequence, made the Defendants use of a shower box of “B” part 37.11m2, 37.11m2, in the order of 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, and 13 on the 5th floor on the ground of the attached Table 1.
E.
