A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a holder of B Twork XG car, and the owner of a motor vehicle shall not operate a motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance.

On February 2, 2017, around 11:30, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle with no mandatory insurance without a driver’s license in approximately 3 km section from the front of the Blue apartment to the front road of the new high school in the same city as the front of the new high school.
