A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On October 31, 2008, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 1,50,000 from the Incheon District Court Branch of Incheon District Court as a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving).
【Criminal Facts】
1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Dangerous Driving) is a person engaged in driving a motor vehicle B.
On August 18, 2019, at around 00:30, the Defendant driven the said car while under the influence of alcohol of 0.148%, and proceeded with the front road of Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si from the d apartment door room to the d apartment, as the d apartment house was frighted.
