Punishment of the crime

【Defendant C sentenced eight months to imprisonment for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint injury) at the Gwangju District Court on October 29, 2015, and completed the execution of the sentence in a wooden prison on June 29, 2016.

【범죄사실】 피고인들은 2018. 2. 22. 오후경 나주시 한빛로에 있는 상호불상의 커피숍에서 피고인 A은 도박판을 주최하고 도박 참가자들에게 도박자금을 빌려 주는 역할을, 피고인 B는 도박에 참여하여 미리 정해둔 신호에 따라 피고인 C에게 필요한 카드를 요청하여 받거나 피고인 C이 필요한 카드를 버려 피고인 C이 이를 가져가도록 하는 역할을, 피고인 C은 속칭 ‘양통’(상대방에게 좋은 패지만 딜러에게는 지는 패를 주는 기술), ‘단통, 재땁’(이미 좋은 패를 가지고 있는 상태에서 카드를 바꾸는 것처럼 카드 1장을 받은 후 그 받은 카드를 버리는 기술), ‘덥장’(특정 카드를 원하는 사람이 손짓과 숨소리 등으로 원하는 무늬와 숫자를 알려주면 해당 카드를 전해주는 기술), ‘뚜껑’(맨 윗장 카드를 미리 보는 기술), ‘밑장빼기’(카드를 나누어 주면서 미리 본 맨 밑장의 카드를 빼서 나누어 주는 기술), ‘낙엽’(필요한 카드를 손짓과 숨소리 등으로 알려주면 같은 편이 해당 카드를 버려주고, 그 카드를 가지고 오는 기술)으로 불리는 속임수를 쓰는 역할을 하며 피해자들의 금품을 편취한 후 분배하기로 공모하였다.
