Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year and six months.
Provided, That each of the above punishments shall be executed for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendants committed the joint crime of the Defendants: (a) around 15:00 on August 7, 2013, 15:15:00, the crepit of employees’ attention within the central market point of Seocho-si, Seoul Central District; (b) on the part of Defendant B, one disease for negligence in which the market price is equivalent to 18,600 won; (c) one disease for negligence in which the market price is equal to 18,600 won; (d) one stop for outstanding pigs, the market price of which is equivalent to 4,980 won; and (d) on the part of the market price of the Defendants, one stop; and (e) on the part of the victims, two hundred and sixty (5) days after putting the above goods included in the bags prepared in advance by Defendant A into a car, and entered the said goods in the joint list of the victims, including each of the aforementioned goods stolen from the victim’s early possession of the goods through a joint signature with the following values: (e) No. 15, no more than five (1) days;
2. The Defendants committed the crime of conspiracys by the Defendants: (a) if Defendant B instructed Defendant B to steals the article in a way that they write down the list of stolen articles to Defendant A, Defendant A took part in the role of larceny of the article in the mixed Mart in accordance with the instructions.
Defendant
A around 15:00 to 16:00 on August 16, 2013, according to the orders of Defendant B as above, up to 5,890 won in the market value of 5,890 won in Si-si E, she puts the goods into a bank with a large amount of money equivalent to 3,490 won in the market value, she puts the said goods out of the bank and loaded them out of and into a passenger car without putting them up at a large amount of money equivalent to 5,980 won in the market value, she is equivalent to 5,980 won in the market value.
As above, the Defendants conspired to steal the above goods owned by the victim CS Distribution Co., Ltd. from that time to September 5, 2013.
