A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 27, 2019, the Defendant committed an indecent act by compulsion by force against the victim D (the age of 56) who, at the point of “C” located in Namwon-si B, had a mixed drinking at around 20:45, she was found that the victim D (the age of 56) was singing in the instant main shop; the victim she sing the Defendant’s bridge by inserting the Defendant’s bridge between the victim’s legs; and the victim was sing down with the victim’s chest by hand.

2. At the time and place specified in Paragraph 1, the Defendant carried a dangerous object and assaulted the victim by carrying the victim by preventing the Defendant’s act committing an indecent act against D, such as Paragraph 1, when the victim E (ma, 60 years of age) who was committed by the victim’s day and place, as described in Paragraph 1, and by preventing him from committing an indecent act against D, such as Section 1.

3. The Defendant, as described in paragraph 2 at the time and place set forth in paragraph 1, assaulted the victim E (Nam, 60 years of age) and warn the Defendant to the effect that the victim “Gmannman” was “Gmannman.” In other words, the Defendant, by carrying a dangerous object, threatened the victim by putting two beer diseases, which are dangerous objects on the tables, into two hand, and destroying them, and by sound and threatening the victim to “be dead.”
