Punishment of the crime

On January 2, 2012, Kimcheon-si entered into a welfare service support contract with the Microfinance Foundation and entered into an agreement on the consignment operation of small loans for traditional markets concluded between Kimcheon-si and Kimcheon-si's Association on January 9, 2012 on the basis thereof, and opened an agreement on the consignment operation of small loans for the merchants within the jurisdiction of Kimcheon-si, entrusted the management of small loans from the Common Deposit Foundation for the merchants within the jurisdiction of Kimcheon-si, and then entrusted the management of small loans to the merchants in traditional markets to the Association of Traditional Markets, while managing passbooks and account books in accordance with the above agreement, the C Market Merchant Association autonomously

The small loans of the merchants' association may be extended to the merchants who have a store in the C market and actually operate the store. The loans may be extended to the merchants' association only when the merchants' association apply for the loan by preparing a standard contract for the loan transaction, and the above merchants' association and the merchants' association keep one copy of the contract respectively. It may be extended to one merchant within the limit of KRW 5,00,000 (10,000 from February 18, 2014 to the limit of KRW 10,000). It may be extended only to the merchants who actually require the loan, and only to the spouse or family members of the merchants, employees of the merchants' association, etc., and if the business owner has received the loan within the limit of the loan, it is impossible to grant additional loans and installment loans and borrowed loan in the names of the spouse, employees, etc.

If the merchants' association applies for a loan to the general affairs of the above merchants' association after preparing a standard contract for loan transactions, the merchant's small loans shall be made in the way that the merchant's association prepares a list of community credit cooperatives with the approval of the board of directors of the above merchants' association, and submit it to the employees of community credit cooperatives who deposit and keep the loan fund with the approval of the president by obtaining the approval of the merchant's financial affairs and the seal of the president, and then the employees of community credit cooperatives shall pay the loan.
