Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the representative director of the C Stock Company at the time of military birth.

1. Substantial repair;

A. On October 201, 201, the Defendant extended the stairs of 39.6 square meters without obtaining permission from a military mountain market in Gunsan-si D, Gunsan-si.

B. The Defendant extended the 270 square meters of a Gun mountain market at the same time and place as the foregoing paragraph (a) without obtaining permission from the Gun mountain market.

2. The Defendant of a temporary building built 6 units of temporary buildings of the first floor without obtaining permission of the military mountain market at the same time and place as paragraph 1(a).

3. The Defendant built a string (scale L: 24.6m, B: 14m, H: 8.7m) structure without reporting to the Gunsan City Mayor at the same time and place as the paragraph (a) of Article 1.
