Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who drives B's low-income motor vehicle.

On August 15, 2019, at around 00:20, the Defendant driven the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.196% at a distance of about 4 km from the two kinds of roads in front of the D cafeteria located in Daegu Northern-gu C to the two kinds of roads located in the middle-lane of Daegu-gu, Seogu.
