A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant did not obtain the consent or consent from the credit card lending, etc. from the Defendant in an internal-related relationship C, and in spite of the absence of the intent or ability to repay the loan with the credit card due to the circumstances registered as the bad credit standing, he thought that the custody of the credit card in C by means of a card lending, etc.

1. On September 11, 2013, the Defendant obtained financial benefits equivalent to the above amount by obtaining loans of KRW 10,400,000 in total eight times from around the above day to March 23, 2014, by obtaining loans of KRW 10,50,000 in a computer or any other information processing device without authority, from the date when the Defendant applied for long-term card loans from the victim (the State) to the National Card without authority, and obtaining loans of KRW 2.5 million from around the above day to March 23, 2014.

2. On May 26, 2014, the Defendant obtained financial benefits equivalent to the above amount by obtaining loans from five times to five times in total, including the amount of KRW 5,60,000,00 from around the above day to May 27, 2014, by inputting the card number and password in our card in the victim (state) without authority, when applying for long-term card loans on the card in Korea, and obtaining loans from 3.8 million won to 2.8 million won from around the above day to May 27, 2014.

3. From May 8, 2014 to May 13, 2014, the Defendant: (a) applied for long-term card loans to the Victim Samsung Card (State); (b) obtained a loan of KRW 700,000 from around the above day to around May 13, 2014, by inputting the number and password of our card in the name of Samsung Card C without authority.
