A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 17:45 on July 13, 2019, the Defendant: (a) discovered the victim D (influence, name, and 7 years old) who is playing a mixed bicycle in front of the water zone B apartment Cdong playground, and entices the victim at the age, leading the victim to the direction of the E-dong playground for the purpose of committing an indecent act, such as committing an indecent act; (b) followed the victim, and (c) moved the victim into the stairs of the F-dong underground parking lot of the above apartment complex.

Accordingly, the defendant enticed the victim for the purpose of indecent act.

2.
