Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who works as a manager of the D's clothes store in Busan Jin-gu C, and was a working worker in the victim E.

In around September 30, 2015, the Defendant’s defamation: (a) at a staff rest room in the above D around September 30, 2015; (b) notwithstanding the fact that the victimized person does not feel brut or go to death, there are several persons, such as sales staff F, etc.; (c) while speaking for the injured person who was solely buried in the burial, “the injured person was protruding to the chief of the department; and (d) so, the injured person did so.
