The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The summary of the grounds for appeal is too unreasonable that the penalty (two million won of a fine) imposed by the court below against the defendant is too unreasonable.

2. In light of the circumstances unfavorable to the Defendant, such as the fact that the Defendant recognized his mistake, the fact that the amount of damage is not so significant, etc., that are favorable to the Defendant, the fact that the Defendant did not agree with the victim, and the Defendant committed the instant crime without being involved in a repeated offense despite the period of repeated offense, and other various circumstances that are the conditions of sentencing indicated in the record, such as the Defendant’s age, environment, and health conditions, the sentence imposed by the lower court is too unreasonable.

3. As such, the defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act on the ground that it is without merit.
