Punishment of the crime

On February 9, 2020, the Defendant driven an Epoter II truck at approximately 4.7 km from the roads adjacent to the Gangseo-gu Crop site located in Gangwon-gun B to the entrance of the same military apartment, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.183% of blood alcohol level around 23:37.
