Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 20, 2012, around 01:17, the Defendant was waiting for a taxi to return home under the influence of alcohol in front of the “Ccafeteria” located in the Busan East-gu, Busan.

During that period, E-si operated by the victim D stops in front of the defendant and in front of others, the victim spits down the taxi on the taxi blick.

Accordingly, the victim made a large amount of 10 minutes publicly insulting the victim at around 7-8 places where 7-8 persons live in the surrounding areas, by making the victim's talking, such as "at least 100, 100, 2000."
