A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. A thief, attempted theft, and intrusion upon residence committed on April 25, 2016 at the victim C’s house located in Daegu Dong-gu, Daegu Dong-gu, about 11:00 on April 25, 2016, the Defendant invadedd the house through the opened gate to the house, and caused the theft by having one head of the Nongng-gu, the head of the Tong who was spuled in the said place, and around that time,

5. From the time of 16.16. The victims’ property amounting to KRW 1,187,000 in total over eight times, such as the list of crimes in the annexed sheet, was stolen or attempted, and intruded on another’s residence seven times.

2. On April 25, 2016, the Defendant, using computers, etc., entered a password by using the passbook of the victim C, as described in paragraph 1, and transferred KRW 700,000 from the NAC to the E account.

Accordingly, the defendant acquired property benefits from the damaged person by inputting information without authority into a computer or any other information processing device.
