1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally serve as the Plaintiff KRW 49,354,505 and as a result, from October 1, 2012 to September 25, 2014.

1. Basic facts

A. (hereinafter “Defendant C”) is a company that carries on transportation business, goods freezing storage, warehouse business, etc., and E is a person who actually operates the Defendants.

B. 1) E, such as entering into a contract for new construction of a factory, to D on February 27, 2012, 2012, the F-based Defendants’ factory building B: 1 Dong (1 & 2nd floor), factory (1/2nd floor), 3 Dong factories: 2 Dong (1 and 2nd floor), factory (2nd floor), 4 Dong-new construction of security room (hereinafter “instant construction”).

A) A contract period of KRW 1,600,000 (excluding value-added tax, KRW 960,00,000,000 for the construction of a factory building in Defendant B, and KRW 640,00,00 for the construction of a factory in Defendant C’s factory building in Defendant C) is the order of work, and the Defendants are the order of work, as follows, AD Integrated Construction Co., Ltd.
