Reasons

Punishment of the crime

On August 25, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 8 months for larceny, etc. on August 25, 2009; on January 6, 2011, the same court sentenced six months to imprisonment with prison labor for night-time intrusion and larceny; on November 22, 2013, the same court sentenced ten months to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. on July 16, 2014.

Defendant, habitually,
