1. All of the plaintiff's claims are dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. (i) On December 2, 1957, the Plaintiff entered the Marine Corps as a sergeant, and was discharged from military service on March 28, 1961.
B. On April 21, 2014, the Plaintiff filed an application with the Defendant for registration of a person who has rendered distinguished services to the State, asserting that he/she was unable to recognize that his/her application was caused or aggravated by proximate causal relation with military duties or education and training,” with the Defendant on the ground that he/she: (a) around June 2014, the Defendant rendered a decision on the non-applicable requirements for persons who have rendered distinguished services to the State and persons eligible for veteran’s compensation (the soldier injured on duty) on the ground that “it is difficult to recognize that the applicant was suffering or aggravated by proximate causal relation with military duties or education and training.”
(1) On June 19, 2015, the Plaintiff filed an application with the Defendant for registration of a person who rendered distinguished services to the State on the ground that “as of September 16, 20158, the Plaintiff applied for registration of a person who rendered distinguished services to the State, “as of September 16, 2015, it is difficult to recognize that the applicant’s application was in a proximate causal link with the military education and training,” and that “as of September 2, 2015, the Defendant rendered distinguished services to the State and rendered distinguished services to the State, on the grounds that “it is difficult to recognize that the applicant’s application was in a proximate causal link with the military education and training.”
The plaintiff appealed against the above disposition and filed an administrative appeal with the Central Administrative Appeals Commission, but the Central Administrative Appeals Commission dismissed the above request on April 22, 2016.
Applicant on January 9, 2017, the Plaintiff asserted that “I am far after training and that I am about seven months from the naval hospital (a stage) was sent to the Defendant,” and filed an application for registration with the person of distinguished service to the State for “ear” and “I am free from the State.”
