Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10 million.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On January 2, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 1 million by the Incheon District Court for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving).

Criminal facts

On November 20, 2020, at around 05:30, the Defendant driven a vehicle E-facing in the state of alcohol concentration of about 0.108% from the 3km section of the Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City to the front road of D elementary school located in Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Yeonsu-gu.

Accordingly, the Defendant violated the prohibition of drinking alcohol driving more than twice.
