A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

From June 1, 2015 to August 7, 2015, the Defendant operated a game site without a trade name on the Nam-gu Seoul and the first floor of the Nam-gu, Gwangju, and the first floor of the underground, and provided the game site to many unspecified customers who found the game site by establishing the game site, which was not classified by the Korea Media Rating Board, on the 29th computer, and provided it to them, and charged them money to receive money and charge them for the game money, and then exchanged the accumulated points obtained by the customers into KRW 10,00 per 10 points.

As a result, the defendant provided game products not classified for use, and exchanged the results obtained through the use of game products for business purposes.
