Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) on September 11, 2017, without obtaining a license for a motorcycle around 15:45, and driving a unregistered SYMM 100 cc in the section of about 300 meters from the front of Mapo-gu Seoul to the front of the D Public Security Center located in the same Gu C from the front of Mapo-gu Seoul to the front of the D Public Security Center.

2. The Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act: (a) had operated unregistered SYM scenario 100cc Oral dynas without mandatory insurance at the time and place specified in the foregoing paragraph (1).
