Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On May 20, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year, a fine of 3,00,000 won, etc. for four months, due to a violation of the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc., and the said judgment becomes final and conclusive on September 26, 2015.

The defendant is a person who drives a unregistered 50cc U.S.

1. On November 25, 2014, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (if the Defendant was driving the above Oral Ba on the 19:50 on November 25, 2014, and driving the front sidewalk of Gangnam-gu Seoul in front of the sidewalk from the river basin to the backside bank, due to negligence of neglecting his/her duty at the front time, and due to negligence on the part of the bicycle driven by the victim C ( South and 44 years old) who was riding a bicycle in front of the front part of the above Oral Ba, and did not take necessary measures such as aiding the victim by shocking the bicycle to the front part of the above Oral Ba, thereby causing injury, such as the "influen on the left part of the treatment days" in the front part of the above Oral Ba, and then stopping the bicycle to the front quib

The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) and the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act, without obtaining a motorcycle driver’s license on the date and time set forth in the preceding paragraph, operated the above Oral Ba, which was not covered by mandatory insurance from the 3rd Cordeung-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul to the place of the accident.
