Punishment of the crime

On June 11, 2017, at around 09:10, the Defendant committed a openly obscene act by putting bucks and clothes up to the middle of bucks, and by using a sprinking method with his own sexual character by hand, while complying with C (the age of 15)’s alley way inside the house gate located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.
