Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 9, 2017, the Defendant, without a driver’s license of a motor vehicle around 10:48, driven Bp freight vehicles from a section of about 300 meters from the street on the front side of the agricultural machinery located in the Southern-gun, Young-gun, Young-gu, Seoul, Seoul, to the front side of the cement shipment site in consideration of the Seoul Yecheon-gu, Namsung-si.
