A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

From February 2014, the Defendant came to her relationship with the victim B (n, 18 years of age) and her relationship with the victim B (n, 18 years of age). Around January 2017, the Defendant was living in each other’s house without reporting the marriage and continued to move to the Republic of Korea, and the Defendant became aware of the fact of the restriction on the school with another woman on June 2018.

1. On June 19, 2018, at around 18:00, the Defendant was in the Defendant’s residence located in Chungcheongnam-gun Hongsung-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, and the victim took the kitchen knife, which is a dangerous article in which the Defendant 2 times the victim’s shouldered with another woman, and tried to go against the victim by hand on two occasions on the ground that the victim conspireds with the other woman, and the victim’s knife should die. The Defendant’s father was removed, and the Defendant’s father was removed, and the victim’s shouldered.

In this respect, the defendant carried dangerous objects and assaulted the victim.

2. 폭행 피고인은 2018. 8. 28. 20:00경 충남 홍성군 D아파트 정문 앞에서, 피해자로부터 핸드폰을 돌려받는 문제로 말다툼을 하다가 손바닥으로 피해자의 얼굴을 2회 때리고, 피해자의 손목을 잡고 놓아주지 않은 채 발로 피해자의 왼쪽 무릎 부위를 1회 찼다.

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted the victim.

3. On August 29, 2018, at around 00:05, the Defendant, as described in paragraph (2), 1, 2018, went back with the victim in the following cases: (a) the Defendant: (b) took a dispute with the victim again; and (c) took hand-on; (d) took Handphones from the victim; (c) took hand-on hand; (d) took the victim’s neck by cutting the victim’s knife; and (e) pushed the victim’s chest by hand; and (e) pushed the victim’s chest by hand.

As a result, the defendant suffered bodily injury, such as knee knee kne, which requires medical treatment for about three weeks.
