A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On November 20, 2006, the defendant received a summary order of KRW 4 million from the Daegu District Court due to the violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents, the violation of the Road Traffic Act, and the violation of the Road Traffic Act (Free Driver's License).

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of CPoter II cargo vehicles.

On August 13, 2013, at around 17:10, the Defendant driven the above cargo while under the influence of alcohol with 0.235% of alcohol concentration, and led to the drive of the above cargo, which is in front of the Jincheon-dong, Seocheon-gu, Daegu, to the Jincheon-gu, Jincheon-do, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-do, Seocheon-do, Seocheon-do, Seocheon-do.

The location was set up as an intersection in the front and the victim D (the age of 22) driven by the victim D (the age of 22) stopped on the rear side of the said cargo vehicle.
