A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On June 9, 2014, at around 15:25, the Defendant: (a) laid down his children, who are going to a lower school in front of the F Middle School E located in Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, and (b) driven the said vehicle to G PPP, and (c) driven the said vehicle to the front day of the I Elementary School located in the same Gu, 400 meters away from the said place.
