Defendant shall be punished by a fine of four million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant violated the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. (the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc.) mediated sexual traffic by having female employees engage in the act of similarity, which causes female employees receive KRW 100,000 won per male customer and the situation of a male customer’s sexual flag, from around October 15, 2012 to May 20, 2014.

2. No person who violates the School Health Act shall perform any act or install any facility for a business establishment providing services that conduct physical contacts between unspecified persons, exposure to smuggling, etc., or that are likely to conduct any act similar thereto, within the school environmental sanitation and cleanup zone;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, at the time stated in the preceding paragraph, committed acts and facilities prohibited as stated in the preceding paragraph, at the places located in the school environmental sanitation and cleanup zone located in Songpa-gu Seoul.
