A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On December 23, 2017, at around 23:50, the Defendant expressed that “The Defendant sent to the site after receiving a report from 112 that he was frighting to the cel 1st floor in Asan City B,” the Defendant expressed to the head of the police station D branch of the Agsan Police Station, “I am flag, flag,” and sent to the site, “I am flag’s sexual flag one time with the left hand, and the left hand part of the E face one time.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning the handling of 112 reported cases.
