Proactive damage 1: 1,570,404 won (the purchase price of assistive devices of KRW 1,320,40,404) passive damage: 2.08,060 won (i.e., 48,862,800 per annum x 15 days/365 days/per annum 3): Total sum of 8,578,464 won (i.e., 1,570, 404 won) in consideration of the victim’s age, age, degree of damage, and degree of damage) 8,578,464 won (i.e., 1,570, 404 won 2,08,060 won 5,000,000 won) passive damage: The defendant is obligated to claim for payment in addition to the Plaintiff’s compensation for delay exceeding 8,578,464 won and the remainder of the claim is difficult to accept.
