1. The Defendant shall pay to Plaintiff B KRW 56,272,192 and a rate of 15% per annum from July 29, 2015 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. 1) The Plaintiff A is a building D in Yangju-si (hereinafter “instant commercial building”).
(2) The Plaintiff, a pharmacist of the first floor shop Nos. 102, 103, and 104 (hereinafter collectively referred to as “the first floor shop”) is the sectional owner of the first floor shop. The Plaintiff, a pharmacist of the Plaintiff leased the first floor shop from the Plaintiff, and registered his/her business with the trade name “E pharmacy” on January 14, 2013. The Defendant is the sectional owner of the third floor shop No. 301 (hereinafter “301 store”) and the pharmacist of the instant shop, who was a sectional owner of the third floor shop No. 301 (hereinafter “301 store”), and closed his/her business with the trade name “F pharmacy” at the said store from the beginning of November 2013, and was closing the business around August 2015.
B. G, the owner of the instant commercial building, around December 201, G, which was the owner of the instant commercial building, sold eight buyers including the Plaintiff, H, and I, and sold the instant commercial building, which was registered as an aggregate building and decided to sell the instant commercial building by dividing it into the sales contract around early 201. G from April 201 to October 201, from among the total 21 stores of the instant commercial building, 11 stores (No. 101 to 104, 110, 201 to 203, 301 to 303), which were part of the 21 commercial building stores of this case (No. 101 to 104, 110, 203, and 301 to 303). On May 24, 201, after completing the registration of the ownership transfer registration of the instant commercial building to the purchaser of the instant commercial building, “a sales contract of the instant commercial building as of May 24, 2011.

2. The condition that each purchaser of a sectioned building shall be entitled to succeed to the current status of the current user of the building as he/she is a lessee (limited to the current owner of the five-story floor area, the area of which is about 370 square meters before the extension);
5. Each sectional owner (or the current lessee entitled to purchase and sale).
