A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On August 10, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Seoul Central District Court on April 16, 2013 and completed the execution of the sentence on April 16, 2013.

After being released, the Defendant visited an agency of large electronic equipment for the purpose of preparing living expenses, hospital expenses, etc. in a state without any particular income after being released, and committed as a customer, and tried to steals electronic equipment using a gap in the surveillance of employees.

1. On May 29, 2013, at around 12:54, the Defendant: (a) cut off one set of “Ababab,” located at “Habab,” located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, at the bottom of the storage site at the location, at the victim sponsed at the bottom of the storage site; and (b) cut off one set of “Ababab,” the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 499,000, which is the market price owned by 49,000.

2. At around 12:20 on June 15, 2013, the Defendant: (a) cut off the victim’s 1,000 won at the bottom of the storage space at the Kamera display site; and (b) cut off the 1,00,000 won at the market price owned by the Defendant, which was located at the lower bottom of the Kamera display site.
