1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year;
2.Provided, That the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. No person, other than an entrusted business entity, who violates the National Sports Promotion Act, or who commits an act of providing property or property benefits to a person who has correctly predicted the outcome by issuing voting rights for sports promotion or things similar thereto, and no person shall open a space for gambling for the purpose of profit-making;
Nevertheless, the Defendant conducted sports betting for the results of sports games, such as name-free total books (name C), D, E, etc., and recruited to operate a sports gambling site (F and G) to gain or lose game money according to the results of the games. According to the above public offering, the Defendant organized the gambling site operation organization under the general manager, the members management office, the site management office, and the head of each office under the supervision of the team leader and the head of each office. C was the general responsibility for the management of the above site; C was the member recruitment and response office for the above site; D was the member management office in charge of the management of the above site; E and the Defendant took charge of the management of members under D; and E and the Defendant took charge of the management of members under D.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with C, D, E, etc., commits acts similar to the issuance of sports promotion voting rights, and gambling for profit.
