Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On September 16, 2013, at around 12:00, the Defendant driven Bmerc trucks, and proceeded at an insular speed, two lanes ahead of the 50-8 way way in front of the ductal-dong, Sungnam-si, Manam-si, Sungnam-si, according to two-lanes towards the long distance in the ductal calendar.
