The reasons for this court's acceptance of the judgment of the court of first instance are the same as the reasons for the judgment of the court of first instance except for the following changes, and thus, they are cited by the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure

The second 13-14 of the judgment of the first instance court, “the Defendant shall deliver the instant building to the Plaintiff,” and the 19-20 of the “delivery of the instant building” shall be changed to “Withdrawal from the instant building”, and the 20-21 of the 20-21 of the “Plaintiff’s Claim for Delivery of Building” shall be changed to “Plaintiff’s Claim for Withdrawal.”

Attached Form of the judgment of the first instance court shall be changed to the attached Form of this judgment.

Therefore, the judgment of the court of first instance is justified, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition.
