A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates D Mart in Kimcheon-si C, and the victim E (V, 19 years old) is a person who works as a part-time employee at the end of the week in the above D Mart.

1.
