1. Basic facts

A. The status of the party concerned is a company that manufactures and sells precision machinery, electronic equipment, automobile parts, etc., and the defendant developed and manufactures engines, transmission parts, motor vehicle parts, etc., which are core parts used for motor vehicles, etc., and has been supplied with hub parts for the manufacture of motor vehicles by the plaintiff.

B.
