Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a Grand bus in the Republic of Korea.

At around 21:40 on August 19, 2014, the Defendant driven the above van, while driving the three-lane roads in front of the Do office Do office Da in Sinpo-si C at a speed that cannot be known from the 3rd square to the salton ground.

Since there are crosswalks where signal lights are installed on the front side, there was a duty of care to check whether a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle has a way to drive the motor vehicle by reducing speed and by properly examining the front side and the left side, and to safely drive the motor vehicle in accordance with the new subparagraph.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so and negligently driven by the Defendant in violation of the signal and received the part on the left side of the victim E (15 years of age) to build the crosswalk in accordance with the new subparagraph.

The Defendant suffered injury to the victim by occupational negligence, i.e., the left-hand ske skes, the outer ske skes, etc., which require approximately eight weeks of medical treatment.
