A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months and by a fine not exceeding 1,00,000 won.

However, the period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant operated the “C” in the racing-si, and extracted liquefied petroleum gas remaining in a container by collecting LPG containers for vehicles, stored in a storage tank, and sold the liquefied petroleum gas in a charging lawsuit.

1. Violation of the High-Pressure Gas Safety Control Act;

(a) Where any person transfers, acquires, transports or carries high-pressure gas, he/she shall comply with the standards prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Construction and Transportation for industrial trade resources;

Nevertheless, around May 10, 2012, the Defendant injected liquefied petroleum gas, which is a high-pressure gas of an amount equivalent to 3.7 million won extracted as above, into a storage tank temporarily loaded in the cargo car off at the above C around May 10, 2012, and the Defendant driving the cargo vehicle and transporting the above liquefied petroleum gas to E charging stations located in Haan-gun, Gyeongnam-gun, and then transporting the said liquefied petroleum gas from around that time to August 9, 2016, by means of a total of 22 times as shown in the list of crimes in the attached list of crimes.

(b) Any person who intends to sell high-pressure gas for sale shall obtain permission from the head of a Si, etc. for each selling place;

Nevertheless, on May 10, 2012, the Defendant sold liquefied petroleum gas, which is a high-pressure gas equivalent to KRW 3,700,000, which is a high-pressure gas, transported like the above paragraph (a), without obtaining permission of the racing market, from around that time to August 9, 2016, without obtaining permission of the racing market, via the above method 22 times in total, without obtaining permission from the racing market.

2. The Defendant is a person who, without obtaining permission of the racing market from the above “C”, extracted and stored liquefied petroleum gas remaining in the LPG gas, and engaged in the business of selling and selling them.

The defendant shall perform the work of gas extraction and storage as above.
